VIVA Por Elas is a project focused on employability, empowerment, education, and information, serving as a bridge connecting migrants to a more dignified life in Brazil. Over 300 people were impacted by lectures and workshops on Migrant and Refugee Rights, Women's Rights, and entrepreneurship. We also offered a health fair with consultations and guidance. At the end of the event, partner companies offered job opportunities to the participants. The selection processes are still ongoing, but we have already filled 40 positions.
