The "Costurando Minas Por Elas" project aims to train and empower women seamstresses in Northern Minas Gerais, providing opportunities for professional development, strengthening technical skills, and fostering entrepreneurship. Through training courses, technical support, and access to resources, we seek to promote financial autonomy, the appreciation of artisanal work, and the strengthening of the local economy.

VIVA Por Elas is a project focused on employability, empowerment, education, and information, serving as a bridge connecting migrants to a more dignified life in Brazil. Over 300 people were impacted by lectures and workshops on Migrant and Refugee Rights, Women's Rights, and entrepreneurship. We also offered a health fair with consultations and guidance. At the end of the event, partner companies offered job opportunities to the participants. The selection processes are still ongoing, but we have already filled 40 positions .
The "U-au Por Elas: Costurando para cachorro" project aims to create clothing for pets, including a mother-and-child line, following the concept of sustainability through the reuse of discarded fabrics—initially denim. An important aspect of the project is social inclusion, offering job opportunities for seamstresses in vulnerable social situations, valuing their skills and providing empowerment.
BEAUTY
Beleza Por Elas: Courses focused on aesthetics and hair, facial, and body treatments. A request from the women of Xacriabá.
Our first class had 30 women. By 2024, we expect to graduate more than 200 women.
The Paulo Gustavo Law allocates R$ 3.86 billion from the financial surplus of the National Culture Fund (FNC) to states and municipalities to promote cultural activities and products in response to the economic and social effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
